What You’ll Do
- Open and close the store with confidence and attention to detail
- Welcome customers and provide genuine, helpful assistance
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for action
- Ring up purchases quickly and accurately using our POS system
- Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
- Help create product displays that look as great as the products themselves
- Stay informed about current promotions and new arrivals
- Set the tone for a positive, motivated team environment
- Help onboard and train new team members so they’re set up to shine
- Support the store manager in meeting and exceeding sales goals
What You Bring
- 1 year of clothing retail leadership experience and sales
- Organization skills
- Great time management skills—you know how to prioritize
- Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
- Confidence in making product recommendations and closing a sale
- A team-first mindset and ability to inspire others
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
