We’re looking for a service-driven, detail-oriented Retail Assistant Manager to help lead our newest store location. As an Assistant Manager at Athletifreak, you’ll play a key role in shaping the in-store experience, mentoring team members, and ensuring our brand standards are upheld with excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience rooted in hospitality
• Motivate, lead, and develop a team of associates to consistently exceed expectations
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Ensure impeccable floor presentation, product merchandising, and visual standards
• Manage inventory, restocking, and replenishment to meet client demand
• Support training and onboarding of new team members
• Uphold company policies and represent Athletifreak’s values at all times
• Build a store culture where confidence, wellness, and performance intersect
• Most importantly, create a space where people love to shop—and love to work

What You Bring:

• 3-4 years minimum in retail leadership, within luxury, fashion, or activewear
• Stylist background is a plus
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Confident decision-making and the ability to thrive under pressure
• Clear, polished communication (English proficiency required)
• A proactive mindset and collaborative approach to leadership
