Cherry Hill Mall's 2010 Tribute to Nurses

Nominante a special nurse in your life in honor of Nurses' Month! Enter starting Saturday, May 1 - Monday, May 31, 2010 at Guest Services. Your nominee will have the chance to win a $100 mall gift card!!

To Nominate a Nurse, one must submit an 8.5 x 11" sheet including a photo and/or drawing and a brief written description of the nurse, where he or she works and why they are recognizing that individual. Those nominating nurses must also complete an entry blank to enter their nominees into a random drawing for a $100.00 Cherry Hill Mall gift card and other prizes.

Visit Guest Services, starting May 1st, for a copy of the official rules, an entry form, photo release form (if you would like to provide a photo of your nominee, which is optional) and all the additional details!

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. WINNER DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY:  Open only to residents of PA, NJ and DE.  PREIT, Inc. Cherry Hill Mall and Cherry Hill Mall tenants, PREIT, SMS, Allied Barton and their respective employees and agents (Sponsor and its agents) and immediate family members and persons living in the same households of each are ineligible.

2. HOW TO ENTER:  Entries are available starting at 10am on Saturday, May 1 through 9pm on Monday, May 31, 2010 at the mall’s Customer Service Center (located on the mall’s main entrance).  All entries must be received during that time at that location.  Limit one entry per person.  Entries become property of the sponsors and will not be returned.

3. DRAWING:  Sponsor (Cherry Hill Mall) or its designee, the judge of the Drawing, will randomly select the winning entry forms for each prize by noon on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at the mall’s Management Office from all entry forms submitted.  The winners will be notified by telephone.  In the event the winners are unreachable by 5pm on Thursday, June 3, 2010, the prize will then be awarded to the runner-up(s). Prior to receipt of the award, the prizewinner will receive an Affidavit of /Liability and Publicity Release (“Release”) to complete immediately prior to receipt of the prize.  In order to claim the prize, the winner will need to produce a valid photo ID.

4. ODDS AND PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entry forms submitted.  Prize is not transferable.  No cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.  If the prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign all required Releases.

•Mall Gift Cards can be redeemed at any store in any PREIT mall that accepts the American Express Card.
•Once the card is in use, the balance can be verified at the Customer Service Center or by calling 1-800-330-9786.
•The Gift Card should be signed by the user.
•Keep a separate copy of your card’s 15 digit Gift Card numbers in case of loss or theft.

6. General:  By participating, participants agree: (1) to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) that the decisions of the judge are final on all matters relating to the Drawing; and (3) to release Sponsor and its agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of their participation in the Drawing with respect to the prize.  By participating, winner consents to the use of his/her name or likeness in advertising or publicity without compensation, except where prohibited by law.  All taxes, including federal, state and local, are the sole responsibility of the winner (or the winner’s parent or legal guardian if winner is a minor).  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to be postmarked by June 30, 2010 and received by July 6, 2010 to Cherry Hill Mall’s 2010 Tribute to Nurses Gift Card Prize, Management Office, 2000 Route 38, Suite 514; Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
