Overview
At PANDORA, the Sales Leader works with the Assistant Manager and the Store Sales Manager to drive the success of our business.  They areresponsible for assisting the Store Sales Manager in directing andleading a team of dynamic individuals to achieve the company objectives in regards to ultimate client experiences, ultimate designer experiences, and meeting sales and profitability goals set forth by the company.       

The Sales Leader must be an exceptional role model in delivering superior client service and motivating the team to do the same. They will work directly with the Store Sales Manager to promote operational excellence,all the while gaining the knowledge and skills required to supervise the store effectively. As part of their every day responsibilities, the Sales Leader must achieve comp sales and/or sales goal all the while delivering sales metric performance in line with company expectations and consistently achieving excellent results in client satisfaction.The Sales Leader must be in full command of the total store in the Store Sales Manager’s and Assistant Manager’s absence. This job is part time and a flexible schedule is necessary.

Position Summary:
The role of the Assistant Manager is to drive the company’s key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional customer store experience through the Associates they supervise.

Responsibilities:

Leadership

• Achieve predetermined financial budgets to include payroll management
• Drive AE brand loyalty through demonstrating sales leadership, coaching and connecting with the customer experience
• Achieve store shrink goals and maintain all operational standards to secure the assets of the store’s physical location

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school education or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Retail Management Experience preferred, or equivalent education
•  Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions identified in the “Assistant Manager essential job functions”
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a manager
